Expressway offers scheduled, nominated delivery days for select retail locations and distribution centres. This ensures timely delivery within strict delivery windows, helping our clients maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid costly disruptions. Consistency and precision are at the heart of our delivery model.

Customer Support & Real-Time Control

We pride ourselves on our proactive and responsive Customer Services Department. Whether you need delivery updates or have a question about a consignment, our support team is ready to assist in real time. We provide clients with:

• Daily 10:00 AM Pulse Reports showing items out for delivery
• 15:00 PM Delivery Status Updates including verbal Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Weekly Chain Store Reports summarising all completed and pending deliveries

With these updates, you always have full visibility into your supply chain, empowering you to plan more effectively and provide better service to your own customers.
